Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions
 

  • Trim and peel the broccoli stem. Cut the broccoli florets into 1 inch pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic, sautĂ© until golden and fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and give them a toss. Season with salt, black pepper, garam masala and lemon juice.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat or until the broccoli is lightly-brown and crisp-tender; tossing occasionally.
  • Serve with your favourite meal, enjoy!
