Pan-roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Lemon

- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garam masala
Trim and peel the broccoli stem. Cut the broccoli florets into 1 inch pieces.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic, sauté until golden and fragrant.
Add broccoli florets and give them a toss. Season with salt, black pepper, garam masala and lemon juice.
Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat or until the broccoli is lightly-brown and crisp-tender; tossing occasionally.
