Instructions
Add diced tomatoes, onions, celery, cucumber, bell peppers into a bowl.
Roast cumin seeds on a hot pan for a minute or until fragrant. Add them to the diced vegetables.
Add sweet corn kernels into a bowl.
Add salt, black pepper, lime juice, olive oil and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
Enjoy as a side dish to your favourite meal!

You can store this salad in the fridge in a sealed container for 4 to 5 days.
